Solarplate SPX MT 2.3V

The SPX MiroTherm© Blue range of solar collectors are the first of its kind to be produced in Africa. These collectors are laser stitch welded and insulated to maximise heat transfer to the circulation fluid. SPX MiroTherm© collector panels are well designed and aesthetically pleasing whilst not compromising on durabillity and efficiency.

Features:

• The absorberplate consist of alluminium fins that are coated with a highly efficient blue multilayer selective coating called Miro-Therm®.
• Selective coated Alluminium fins are laser stitch welded to the copper risers, ensuring maximum heat transfer.
• The outer profile is manufactured with an extruded anodized alluminium frame. Tempered, toughened glazing and alluminium backing sheet will ensure for a durable finish that is corrosion resistant.
• All water containing parts are made from copper, ensuring a healthy and corrosion resistant collector panel that inherently prevens bacterial growth.
• Working pressure of 400kPa
• Attractive collector design that can be colour-coded to suit your needs.

Miro-Therm© Selective Coating:

Miro-Therm® is a high performance selective coating that is deposited on anodized aluminium substrate by the physical Vapour Deposition technique (PVD). The high infrared (IR) reflection ensures a low thermal emission coefficient (e: 5% ± 2% emittance). The oxide layers on the top are optimised for a very high solar absorption coefficient (a: 94% ± 2% absorptance) and resistance against environmental influences.
